Doctor Freddy Rodriguez is the founder of The Qi House. He is a licensed Acupuncture Physician in the states of Florida and New York and has been in practice since 2009.
Before studying Chinese medicine, Dr. Freddy studied Tai Chi through the Chinese boxing Institute International with professor Ray Hager. It was his study of Tai Chi and his desire to help his community which led Dr. Freddy to New York to study Traditional Chinese medicine. He furthered his studies with the renowned Taoist master and 88th generation practitioner Jeffrey C. Yuen of the Jade Purity and Dragon Gate lineage.
Dr. Freddy is also a certified diplomat of acupuncture as conferred by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAM). He received his Masters of Science in Acupuncture from the Swedish Institute of Health Sciences in New York City.
In addition to his Master’s degree in Classical Chinese Medicine, Dr. Freddy also holds a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Florida Atlantic.
